Social Work, Management & Coaching
Students on the work-study programmes Social Work & Management (7 semesters) and Social Work, Management & Coaching (8 semesters) train to work in social welfare institutions and organisations. They also learn how to manage those institutions and are thus able to advance to management positions early in their career.
In the programme Social Work, Management & Coaching, students additionally train to work as Business Coaches, specializing in Consulting, Counselling and Change Management.
Students work at partner companies like Social Services and institutions in various social fields (childcare, youth welfare services, social counselling, psychological care and many more).
Degree: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
Additional qualification: professional qualification as state-approved Social Pedagogue/Social Worker
Additional qualification for students of the programme Social Work, Management & Coaching: ‘Junior Coach (iba)’, recognized by the German Federal Association of Executive Coaching (DBVC e.V.) and the International Organization for Business Coaching e.V.
