iba-students are employed by approved partner companies for the duration of their studies. The partner companies provide the practical on-the-job-experience that complements the academic component of the programme. This means you gain an academic degree and professional experience at the same time.

And you’re not just working alongside your studies – Your work is an integral part of the degree programme. This combination of practical experience and academic study is highly regarded by employers: 86 % of our graduates are offered a permanent position straight after their studies. As a University of Cooperative Education, iba is a specialist and accredited provider of work and study programmes.

iba currently cooperates with more than 2.500 partner companies. Your study advisor will assist in finding the right partner company for your studies, including advising you during the application process. You are also welcome to apply to companies you would like as a partner company yourself.
